"Although the "Biggest Loser" competition is what initially drew me in to Martial Arts Principles, it's really not what kept me coming back. RESULTS that I could see and feel are what kept me coming back for more, and the bonus is that everyone there is so supportive.... I can't wait to get back and loose the last few pounds/inches. " Kickboxing classes at Martial Arts
Principles. They were running a promo, so I finally decided to give it a
try. I fell in love with the workout instantly!! I had a hesitant friend
come to the second class with me and we are now both signed up for the
program and can't get enough! The workout is challenging, but everyone
is able to work at their own level. My strength and flexibility have
increased and my stress level has decreased. Through class I have come
to realize I am stronger than I know. I encourage everyone that has been
considering kickboxing to try it, you'll love it!! I think it helps me be a better person because I get my stress out. It helps me to get centered as far as always running around, doing things for everybody else, and it's really helpful to take some time aside for myself and get my own craziness out instead of going crazy for everyone else.
