Everyone in class will be breaking re-breakable plastic boards.
Anyone with a buddy will be able to break a wood board and spin the prize wheel.
For anyone without a buddy or if you wish to break an extra wood board, you may do so for $5.

Buddy Day is a great way for children to share the benefits of their Martial Arts training with friends and family members.  It's also a great way for friends and family members to gain an appreciation for an activity that your child enjoys and takes seriously.  Parents work hard to help their children succeed in worthwhile endeavors.  That support is necessary for success in the Martial Arts.  Your child is already getting support and encouragement from you, our staff, and his or her Martial Arts classmates.  But what about your child's friends?  Does their influence have an effect on your child's attitude, behavior, and character?  Of course it does whether we like it or not.  Our program is a unique opportunity to help keep the influence your child gives and receives healthy and positive. Buddy Day gives us a chance to see how your child interacts with his or her peers.  By putting your child in a teaching role we're able to accurately measure their understanding of what they've learned.  Martial Arts training offers tremendous value.  Of all the benefits leadership skills are perhaps the most significant.  Teaching a buddy demonstrates and develops a clear understanding of the curriculum, the physical ability to perform techniques, and effective communication skills to motivate and educate.  Our goal is to build leaders that can effectively influence others in a positive, healthy, and beneficial manner.  Many of our instructors and assistant instructors can trace their love of teaching back to Buddy Day and programs like it.  Many of our Black Belts started their Martial Arts journey as guests on Buddy Day.  It has been a valuable building block for the entire school.

Bring a friend or family member to an exciting class!
